Founded in 2014 by Chris Moore. The Bench brings the world of glassblowing to San Diego. Chris has been blowing glass for over twenty years, and brings with him an expertise and passion for the craft. Chris was first introduced to the craft at Blodgett Glass in the California coastal town of Luecadia in 1992. He went on to study and work in many places including the New Orleans School of Glassblowing, UrbanGlass in New York and Abate Zanneti on the island of Murano until setting up shop in the community of North Park in San Diego.
